FLOOD TO CHALLENGE GILLIAN FOR MAYOR’S SEAT IN OCEAN CITY

Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian will have a challenge for his job in the spring.  Former Ocean City council president John Flood announced that he will run against Gillian in the May election.  Flood is expected to run on a campaign that challenges an ambitious capital project plan fronted by Gillian.
