New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy today announced that some fans will be able to attend both indoor and outdoor college and sporting events. Murphy says starting March 1st, indoor arenas will be allowed to have ten percent occupancy, while outdoor venues can have 15 percent occupancy. For college sports, two parents or guardians per participating athlete will be able to attend, so long as the capacity limit does not surpass 35 percent.
