More than 600 employees of the Federal Aviation Administration in Atlantic County will be headed back to work. Congress reached a deal on Wednesday that would end the partial shutdown of the agency and return the employees back to their jobs at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Congressman Frank LoBiondo put heavy criticism on lawmakers in Washington for not restoring the funding for these jobs once the budget agreement was reached.
