EXPENSES ARE TOO HIGH, SO VINELAND LIBRARY CUTTING ITS HOURS

Expenses are too high, so the public library in Vineland is cutting its hours to save a half million dollars.  The Daily Journal reports that the library will reduce its hours of operation by ten years a week to help save money.  The biggest impact will be on Saturday, when the library will be open for only four hours a day.
