EXPECT MORE PAIN: STATE FACES ANOTHER BUDGET HOLE

120px-Seal_of_New_Jersey_svgNew Jersey is going to face a similar budget hole to the one the state faced heading into last year’s budget cycle. The Star-Ledger obtained an internal government document showing that state was going to be short $10.5 billion by the time the next budget needs to be passed. Numbers will certainly move by then, but the state remains in a fiscal crisis. That means many of the tough cuts that were made this year, may just be the beginning.
