DWI CHARGE DROPPED AGAINST OCEAN CITY FIREMAN

A 35 year-old Ocean City Fire Department captain was in court Wednesday pleading guilty to reckless driving. DWI charges were dropped against Jackson Neall III, in connection with a stop at a DWI checkpoint in Linwood on July 6th. Neall was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The fire captain was granted a conditional discharge by the judge and a 10-day suspension of his driver’s license.
