Tolls are going up on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The increase will take place on Friday. Officials say the bottom level price for cars will go from $3 per crossing to $4. Increases will take place with all toll schedules, including commercial vehicles. It is anticipated that the change will bring in an additional $22 million in revenue for the bi-state agency. A majority of the toll increase is being used to fund capital projects.
