DRBA GETS DELAWARE NATIVE AS NEW CHAIRMAN

The Delaware River and Bay Authority has a new chairman.  Today, Delaware Governor John Carney administered the oath of office to Delaware resident Samuel L. Lathem.  He is currently the longest-serving commissioner on the Authority, which supervises and manages the Cape May Lewes Ferry.
