For our friends in Delaware…Dover, Delaware is under a tornado warning this morning. The National Weather Service issued the warning and it remains in effect until 9:00am. Tropical Storm Isaias is causing tornado warnings and watches to be issued in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
