DONT MOVE OVER ON THE ROAD? YOU COULD GET POINTS

If you don’t move over or slow down on the roadway when you see an emergency vehicle, you could get points added to your motor vehicle record.  A new law was approved in the Assembly Monday that would add two points to your record for a third violation of not moving over for an emergency vehicle.  The current “Move Over” law now has only cash fines.
