DOG CENSUS? LAWMAKER LOOKING TO REPEAL LAW

A little used New Jersey law could be repealed based on new legislation. A North Jersey lawmaker wants to repeal a law that requires towns to perform a dog census every year. The law is little enforced as less than 100 towns actually adhere to the rule. Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande introduced the bill that would change the state law. It is awaiting to be heard in committee.
