DEVELOPING: PLANE CRASHES IN OCEAN OFF CAPE MAY POINT, SEARCH UNDERWAY

A massive response off the coast of Cape May Point today as a small plane has crashed in the ocean not far off the shoreline.  Various emergency personnel are on the scene; some video shot by amateur photographers shows the small plane flying low above the ocean before it crashed.  Sources have told us the plane was not a banner towing plane.  Police and emergency personnel are on the scene as a recovery mission is underway.
