DEMOCRATS ADMIT NO VOTE IN OCTOBER ON LEGAL POT BILL

Democratic leadership in Trenton admit that they will miss their own deadline to have a vote on a bill that would legalize recreational marijuana in New Jersey.  Senate President Steve Sweeney says he will need the help of Governor Phil Murphy to help get this passed as a few lawmakers have different ideas on how the pot bill should be drafted.  Sweeney will provide a list of lawmakers to Murphy who may be swayed to approve the legislation.
