DEMARZO ORDERED OUT OF POLICE BUSINESS

The ruling has been handed down and Wildwood Mayor Gary DeMarzo has to stay out of police business. The Press of Atlantic City reports that DeMarzo has been told by Superior Court Judge Valarie Armstrong that he must quit meddling in the day-to-day operations of the police department. The ruling upholds the complaint made by Police Chief Steven Long that DeMarzo was impeding on the Police Chief Bill of Rights.
