DEAL DONE: BUDGET APPROVED, STATE OPENS FOR BUSINESS

The State of New Jersey is back open for business. Governor Christie signed a new $34.7 billion budget into law early Tuesday morning that restores all state services, including the re-opening of all state-run parks and beaches. State-run recreational areas are open on July 4th, a day before normal state operations resume.
