DANCE CONTEST AND MEMORIES, NORTH WILDWOOD TO REMEMBER “BRISTOL STOMP”

The Lou Booth Amphitheatre is going to be the site of the 50th anniversary of the “Bristol Stomp”. The Dovells are going to perform on Aug. 13 at 8 p.m. for this free concert. There will be a dance contest, which will feature concert-goers dancing their best “Bristol Stomp,” with cash prizes being awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Dancers will be judged by expert “Bristol Stompers” during the competition, and contestants will be eliminated as the dancing goes on until the top “Stompers” remain on the dance floor.
