The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department seeks the public’s help in finding two of its “Most Wanted” fugitives.
Richard Lilly, 53, is sought on two Cumberland County Superior Court family warrants for failing to pay $60,845.17 in child support. Lilly is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has burn scars all over his body. His last known address was Church Street in Bridgeton.
Shannon Webb, 36, is sought on a Cumberland County Superior Court criminal warrant for failure to appear. Webb is described as a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 198 pounds, with green eyes and red hair. She has a scar near her right eye. Her last known address was Monroeville.
Both of these individuals should be considered dangerous. Sheriff Robert A. Austino asks anyone who comes in contact with Richard Lilly or Shannon Webb to call the police immediately.
