CREST WOMAN CHARGED WITH USING COMPUTER TO STEAL $5,000

A 25 year old woman from Wildwood Crest has been charged with theft and computer criminal activity after she allegedly stole $5,000 from another individual’s bank account.  Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced that Amanda Thomas was charged last week with using a computer to take the money out of the victim’s account without authorization.  Thomas has been released on a summons; she recently promoted a Tim McGraw concert in the city of Wildwood.
