CRAPS: CASINOS TO OPEN MONDAY IN ATLANTIC CITY

Time to roll the dice again in Atlantic City.  Casinos throughout the gaming resort are expected to open their doors at Noon on Monday following a weekend shutdown caused by Hurricane Irene.  The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement says the ban on casino gaming will be lifted at lunchtime on Monday.  Many casinos report no major damage; they need time to reactive their computer systems and get employees back to work.
