CRANFORD BEATS OCEAN CITY IN TITLE GAME

The Ocean City Red Raiders baseball team could not win a state baseball championship on Saturday. Cranford batted around in one inning and pounded Ocean City, 15-3 to win the New Jersey Group III baseball championship. Cranford took an 8-0 lead in the second inning and never trailed. Many Ocean City sports fans made the trip to Cranford to watch the baseball game.
