The man who allegedly stole a police car and was eventually shot dead by police in Buena Vista Township is 41 year old Roy K. Jackel Jr. of Cape May Court House. Authorities say Jackel jumped into a police car following a motor vehicle accident and sped off. Jackel was shot by police and pronounced dead at the scene.
