COUNTY HOLDS STAKEHOLDER MEETING TO DISCUSS HOMELESSNESS

Cape May County has held its first stakeholder meeting to address various issues affecting homeless people in our area.  The Homeless Trust Fund generates $75,000 annually in the County, and 30 organizations discussed various ideas on how to use the funding.  The County also says most of the people who take advantage of warming centers during “Code Blue” alerts are in Middle Township.
