COUNTY FREEHOLDERS EXPLORING DREDGING OPTIONS WITH STATE

Marie HayesRepresentatives from Cape May County visited Trenton last week over local dredging concerns. Freeholder Marie Hayes spoke with Coastal Broadcasting, saying that she first learned of the sweeping concern during her reelection bid last year when it was brought up. Hayes said it was a good meeting and the state took the meeting very seriously. Hayes says she brought a list of local concerns that will be looked over by the state and they hope to make the process to get dredging work done more easy in the future.
