COUNTY DISCUSSES PLANS FOR LOCALIZED TERROR ATTACKS

An open and frank discussion regarding potential terrorism targets in Cape May County was held in Avalon Wednesday during a gathering of security and emergency management experts. Officials discussed how and why to make large gathering spots like beach concerts and festivals a safer environment in the future. County Prosecutor Robert Taylor says officials often look at soft targets and train personnel to protect them.
