Cape May County Freeholder Director Daniel Beyel and the Board of Chosen Freeholders will host the seventh annual Transportation Infrastructure Conference on Tuesday, February 22nd starting at 10 a.m. at the County Administration Building.
The Transportation Conference will identify and highlight the multitude of efforts being made by officials and professionals to ensure vital projects to Cape May County and the region appropriately and expeditiously move forward.
The conference will focus on significant issues such as the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund, the Route 52 Causeway project, the Ferry Road Improvement project, Garden State Parkway Improvements in Cape May County as well as proposed transportation projects in our region.
Beyel said, “As Chairman of the South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization, I am especially focused on ensuring that we recognize the critical elements of our regional transportation infrastructure. Convenience and safety of travel is absolutely essential in protecting and enhancing our quality of every day life – as well as keeping our economy strong – now – and well into the future.”
