CORONAVIRUS RATE OF TRANSMISSION CONTINUES TO GO UP IN NEW JERSEY

The coronavirus rate of transmission is continuing to go up in New Jersey.  State officials say the rate is now at 1.09 percent after falling below the magic one mark in August.  There were 344 new cases of the virus reported on Monday; the number of patients in hospitals has hit a six month low of 389.  Many schools will offer in class instruction starting this week.
