COP WANTED TO GET NAKED WITH 15 YEAR OLD GIRL..IT WAS ANOTHER COP

A 47 year old police sergeant from Howell has been arrested and charged with attempting to “get naked” with a 15 year old girl..that girl was actually another cop.  Richard Conte was arrested and charged with a second degree crime.  Conte called himself the “Noble Crusader” on the site.
