CONGRESSIONAL CONTEST IN DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY

Two Democrats are running in Tuesday’s New Jersey primary election to face Republican incumbent U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo for his 2nd Congressional District seat in the November election. David H. Cole, 31, of Mantua Township, a former White House technology advisor under President Obama, and Costantino “Tino” Rozzo, 56, of Vineland, who supports Bernie Sanders, are both vying for the Democrat nomination in today’s primary. The winner will oppose LoBiondo who will be seeking his 12th term in Congress this fall.
