COLLISION IGNITES CAR FIRE IN GALLOWAY TWP.

Police in Galloway Township are investigating a motor vehicle accident that resulted in a car fire according to NBC-40. The accident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday night at the intersection of Route 9 and Moss Mill Road in the Oceanville section. According to the report, police said one of the vehicles caught fire after two cars struck each other in a head-on collision. The blaze was quickly extinguished and no serious injuries were reported. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
