CLERK GETS ATTACKED FOR NOT SELLING TOBACCO TO WOMAN UNDER LEGAL AGE

A robbery was reported on Monday at the Exxon station in Ocean City at 9th St. and Bay Ave. Police there say a black female who was determined to be underage to buy tobacco products, got enraged and threw a counter display at the victim who worked at the store. The accused  also punched the victim in the face and head several times causing lacerations. Joyce L. Kashanier was arrested and charged with Strong Armed Robbery and Terroristic Threats. Bail was set at $50,000.
