Over $300,000 has been spent by the campaign of Gov. Chris Christie following Bridgegate allegations. The Wall Street Journal was the first to report the financial numbers. The payments went out to legal representation following the lane closing scandal. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has requested documents from the campaign and others to investigate what took place with the closures.
