CHRISTIE SAYS STUDENT WALKOUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED

The governor is not happy that school administrators and teachers allowed a walkout to happen this week. Students in various school districts around the state walked out of their classroom on Tuesday morning to protest the cuts that Gov. Chris Christie has issued to school districts. Christie said that schools should not be allowing the students to just leave the classroom as the did. He believes protesting should be done before or after the school day if students wish to protest. The Governor pointed to the fact that 58 percent of voters turned away proposed school budgets to justify some of the moves that have been made.
