The fight is expected to continue between the federal government and Gov. Chris Christie over the scrapped ARC Tunnel project. Christie said a town hall even that he refuses to pay the money and said the federal government can take the state to court. New Jersey is already incurring lawyer fees to protect the $271 million in federal aid that was made available for the project. The federal government wants it back, but Christie does not believe the federal government is entitled to it.
