CHRISTIE: MAYBE A TUNNEL IF NEW YORK, FEDS ANTE UP

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has left the door open a little to build that controversial tunnel between New Jersey and New York.  Speaking at a press conference Tuesday, Christie says he will only consider a partial state financing of the project if the federal government and the New York state government also kick in considerable financing.  Christie last month cancelled the $8.7 billion project saying New Jersey simply could not afford it.  New York officials say they continue to have a dialogue with Christie about the potential project.
