CHRISTIE CRITICAL OF LOW INCOME CABLE BILL

Gov. Chris Christie criticized a bill that was designated to help low income people pay for cable television service. Christie said the bill was a “dumb” idea, claiming that cable television is not a right all people have. He also noted with the state struggling the way it is, taxpayers should not be subsidizing programs like this.
