CASINOS LOSE ABOUT A QUARTER OF THEIR BUSINESS FROM ONE YEAR AGO

Revenue at Atlantic City’s gaming halls in July was down 23 percent from one year ago.  The casinos took in nearly a quarter billion dollars in July, but that’s down by about $80 million from last summer’s July take.  Some casinos in the city did not open on July 1st after the state lifted restrictions.
