CAPTAIN OF SHIP DIES IN RESCUE ATTEMPT FROM CAPE MAY FISHING SHIP

The Coast Guard says that the captain that was aboard a Cape May homeported fishing ship died off the coast of Rhode Island. The captain of the boat, John Zuzick, tried to save Bill Silva, who had fallen over. The Coast Guard arrived on the scene just over a half hour later and got both Rhode Island residents out of the water. Zuzick did not survive though. The ship is registered out of Cape May.
