CAPE MAY COUNTY NO LONGER UNDER EMERGENCY

It’s official, Cape May County is back open for business.  County emergency management officials rescinded an emergency proclamation forced by Hurricane Irene on Sunday at 5:00pm.  That means access is once again permitted on all Cape May County roads.  However, people returning to their homes will be finding trees, limbs, and leaves down on their properties and power out in portions of some communities.
