CAPE MAY COUNTY MAN WRONGLY DENIED OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS FILINGS ON “BRIDGEGATE”

A local man who requested Open Public Record Act requests on “Bridgegate” was denied wrongly, according to a judge. The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey won its lawsuit against the state for denying Harry Scheeler the records he sought. The state was given until Aug. 15 to hand over the documents to Scheeler and must also pay the legal bills of the ACLU.
