CAPE MAY COUNTY GOP HOLDS REORGANIZATION MEETING TUESDAY

The Cape May County Regular Republican Organization will meet Tuesday evening and is expected to begin the process of selecting a new party chairman.  The organization will hold its first formal meeting since a huge primary election night victory by a freeholder ticket consisting of Gerald Thornton and Susan Sheppard.  The meeting will be held at the Old Court House in Cape May Court House Tuesday at 6:00pm.  It is expected that local attorney Michael Donahue will replace David Von Savage as the new chairman of the party.  We were the first to report last week that Von Savage announced he would not seek another term as party chairman.
