CAPE MAY COUNTY GETS POST-SANDY PLANNING GRANT

Seal_of_New_Jersey.svgA nice award for Cape May County this week.  State officials announced that Cape May County is getting an $80,000 grant to develop long range plans to ensure our county is more resilient to future storm events.  The announcement was made by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.  According to the county’s grant application, Cape May County suffered $33 million in damage during the storm.
