CAPE MAY COUNTY ANNOUNCES “WE CHECK FOR 21”

CMCCape May County will be hosting the annual “We Check for 21” program on June 17. It will be held as usual at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Three training sessions will be held at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. for owners and employees of liquor license establishments in Cape May County. During each session, that will last approximately an hour and a half, a presentation will be made by the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission. This is the 22nd year for the program that originated in Cape May County and has since been implemented statewide. The initiative started in 1993 with forty businesses and today more than 70 establishments participate with over 600 servers trained each year.
