CAMDEN TO BECOME PART OF REGIONAL POLICE FORCE

This could be a model for police departments throughout the state.  Camden and county officials have struck a new deal to form a regional police force for the city.  The city has reached a memorandum of understanding that will result in the Camden County Police Department to be formed.  The city will share all necessary police information with the county.  Governor Chris Christie fully supports the regional approach and he says the department will serve as a model for the rest of the state.
