CAESARS MAY CLOSE CASINO IN ATLANTIC CITY

The biggest casino operator in Atlantic City might look to shut down one of its casinos. Caesars Entertainment said during a conference call on Thursday that it is considering a number of options to cut loses, including shutting down a casino in the resort. They noted when Revel entered the market it didn’t bring any more people to the resort, rather eat up more people who are already there. The Atlantic Club Casino was recently shut down when Caesars and Tropicana jointly purchased the casino to shut it down.
