Ocean City continues to wrestle with BYOB. Council and the mayor met on Friday to discuss the petition drive in the community. Mayor Jay Gillian is considering legal action to fight the proposal. City residents have gotten enough signatures to put the question on the November ballot. Ocean City is completely dry, but some restaurant owners think it would benefit their business to allow BYOB. Council mostly opposes BYOB, but have not decided how to approach this situation yet.
