A Villas man was arrested for burglary and theft. Leslie Burns was charged with stealing a computer and jewelry. The investigation dates back to a March 27 incident. Burns was placed in the Cape May County Jail on $50,000 bail. Police say over $7,000 worth of jewelry was taken.
