BUDGET CLEARS BOTH HO– USES LATE TUESDAY NIGHT

A budget proposal pushed by Democrats passed the Assembly and Senate budget committees on Tuesday night. The plans involve fully funding the pension system. The plans will likely pass both houses and Gov.
