BRIDGETON MAN ADMITS ROLE IN DEATH

A Bridgeton man plead guilty to a 2010 death. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Michael A. Jones admitted his guilty in the death of Alfred Costantino. Jones plead guilty to aggravated manslaughter, theft of a motor vehicle, and eluding police. The plea deal will have Jones spend 30 years behind bars, with him serving at least 85 percent of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole. Official sentencing will take place on Aug. 9.
