The ground works for a fight are being set up when the Democrats in both houses approved a measure that would put $7.5 million in health and family planning for uninsured women. Gov. Chris Christie had pushed these items out of the budget. Assemblyman Jay Webber read from a planned parenthood brochure during the deliberations to the shock of all around him. The funding is coming from dollars not needed in the employees prescription plan. No final word on whether Gov. Chris Christie will agree with the measure.
