BOND ORDINANCE APPROVED FOR MAJOR PROJECTS IN OCEAN CITY

Ocean City Council unanimously approved a $10.25 million bond ordinance to fund road work, dredging and draining projects. The Cape May County Herald reports that this second bond ordinance of the year will help to fund more than $100 million worth of capital improvements over the next five years. The bond ordinance also includes a half-million dollars for work on public buildings and restrooms in Ocean City.
